RECIPE: Fall Fruit Medley

This is a fabulous combination of different kinds of fruits. Apples are in season, so take advantage of them in this delicious salad. Feel free to substitute any fruits as you see fit. This medley is packed with vitamins and minerals, so eat up!

Ingredients:
• 2 unpeeled, sliced apples
• 2 unpeeled, sliced pears
• 2 small peeled, sliced mangoes
• 5 ounce box frozen, sweetened raspberries or blackberries, thawed and drained
• ¼ cup fresh orange juice
• ¼ cup cranberry juice

Procedure:
Slice apples, pears and mangoes and combine in a bowl. Gently stir in berries. Pour in orange and cranberry juice. Stir and enjoy. Serves 6.
